Attorney Ismail has been in practice in Massachusetts since 1992, concentrating in tax law, elder law, and bankruptcy.  He is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (S.B., 1980) and Boston College Law School (J.D. 1991).

 

Tax Services include tax planning and compliance, preparation of income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates and trusts, audit representation, settlement of tax debt.

 

Elder Law services include wills, durable powers of attorney, health care proxy, trusts, MassHealth applications, irrevocable Medicaid trusts, probate and trust administration.

Attorney Ismail also represents debtors in Bankruptcy Court. including Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 Individual cases.
